Return Window

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

We accept returns on most items as long as they’re unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Mystery Box Fairness Policy

Each mystery box is randomly packed to keep the surprise fair for everyone.

For this reason, contents can’t be changed, swapped, or customized.

Unopened mystery boxes can be returned within 30 days.

Opened boxes are returnable only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Simply email us at support@lunapick.com with your order number and reason for return.

Returns should be sent to:

Once approved, we’ll email you a return label and easy instructions.

Please note: items sent back without first contacting us can’t be accepted.

 

Damages or Issues

If your order arrives damaged, missing, or not as described, please reach out within 24hours so we can replace or refund it quickly.


Non-returnable Items

Some products can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons — such as opened beauty items, personalized gifts, or gift cards.

Sale or clearance items are final sale.


Exchanges

Because our products are mystery-based and randomly packed, we’re unable to offer exchanges or swap specific items. This helps keep the surprise experience fair and fun for everyone.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@lunapick.com, and we’ll happily replace or refund it with care.

 

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm by email.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
